October is Principal Appreciation Month. We are blessed to have some amazing servant leaders at the helm in our schools. It has been a pleasure to get to know them. Each has a heart for kids and loves their staff. Thanks principals for all you do!

It's been such a fun start to our school year! The seasons may be changing, but one thing stays the same- and that is the commitment to excellent instruction at Panhandle Elementary. Take a quick glimpse into these dynamic classrooms! Students are learning multiple new TEKS objectives each week, and we are working toward building not only academic knowledge, but stamina and self control in the learning environment. Panhandle ISD has confirmed that there will be partial road closures (not full closures) on Hwy 207 towards Borger on Wednesday from 1:15 PM - 2:30 PM (approximately). Casting directors informed us they will hold traffic for no more than seven minutes while filming at the entry to 6666 ranch. This should not impact school travel or buses as they transport our students. Thanks!

Due to construction on the field, there will be no morning practice on Tuesday, August 27 for Junior High football. Thank you for your patience as we wrap up this project.
